Black can be dramatic. Go for as much black in a photo as you can with lots of oomph, character, and depth.
Been planning this photo all day. I actually staged it with a few roses from Mother's Day and some black bulletin board paper. The vase is not totally clear and thank goodness you can just barely see it. I think the picture looks pretty cool if I do say so myself.
Shot with automatic settings today- but using the flower selector on the dial.
